Rock hard popcorn and soggy seats? OH MY. Maybe that's just over this direction. July 17th, you say... I will be Apartment-sitting the last two weeks of July, so I will have a chance to see this with a few peeps. AWESOME.

My local one is the hard-seats-soggy-popcorn style, and it's the only place I can actually go because other cinemas are like, in the middle of freakin' nowhere. I don't actually think I'll have anyone to see it with and nobody will drive me to a decent cinema, so I'll be bringing my own food and cushions

Although we in NZ (maybe Oz, not sure) have to wait until the 16th just so we don't get it before the states ). Anyway, I posted a source a few pages back but the link doesn't seem to work anymore, but it still means two less days to wait

Ron, Hermione and I were in the Chamber of Secrets, which was an underground library that contained a picture book version of "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban" - events pertaining to our own lives that hadn't happened to us yet. Ron thought it was a load of ******** and Hermione didn't believe in divination, so I was panicking about all the danger ahead on my own. The next thing I knew, I was in a doctor's office receiving anti-anxiety medication. No real point to this post. I just wanted to share.

Rupert was adorable and Dan was cute with wanting to give his whole backstory. Oh yeah, the clip of Tom Riddle and Dumbledore was pretty cool too. I'm glad they kept the wardrobe-on-fire bit. Can't wait til July!

Because something interesting just occurred to me about the Chamber of Secrets. There's a small change to one of the last cutscenes, where you destroy the diary, and you use Gryffindor's sword instead of the fang. What's interesting is that this is entirely consistent with what's revealed in the Deathly Hallows about the sword. Is it possible that J.K. Rowling had some influence into the changes made to the games?
