Is it too little too late? I certainly am! The only thing is we have to wait 6 whole MONTHS between each of the films. I'm going to forget what's happened. But at least its something for all the subplots they've previously cut from the films. I miss SPEW! Also really looking forward to Hr/R kiss in DH

The second film would be so much action packed, that's pretty much when everything happens from the middle onwards. Which would be good. Can't wait to see them both.

There are a few scenes that I want to see on film, but other than that I'm not too attached to it. So... I guess I'm happy to just take it as it comes. My only concern is that they're going to try and put everything in it, like 2 hours of pointless bickering between the trio, which I really didn't need to read I'm just wondering, has there ever been a series like this before where the author has written half of it, and then there have been movies made before she's finished writing the other books? Because, and I could just be imagining this, the Hermione of the 7th book seems like it was based on the Hermione of the 4th movie, rather than what had already been written... I actually haven't thought this through enough to know if I'm talking absolute crap, but I do know that I didn't like Hermione's attitude in movie 4, and I had the same dislike for her in book 7... Of course that might just be a coincidence

I don't know what I think about the movie split, other than they should have done it with the order of the phoenix. We got so much cut - I liked the movie, it just could have been better. But a lot happens in the deathly hallows so if it's two 2/3 hour films I'm sure we'll get everything. I was shocked when I read the release dates, 2010 and 2011 when I realized we still had another film in-between now and then. When's the sixth one coming out, then? This year or next? I think it's this November, right?

I think that will be conveniently skipped though in favour of him being pointless the bad guy

Draco ... bathroom ... alone ... (ignore Moaning Myrtle) ...
