Harry is the descendant of the third Peverell and Marvolo Gaunt (Voldy's grandfather) said that he was a descendant of the Peverells. Therefore, am I correct in thinking that Harry and Voldemort are related? Anyways... I loved this book (although I do think that it was a little bit of a let-down, in that JKR didn't have the proverbial balls to kill Harry (or any really major character for that matter) and provide an overall not-so-happy ending. Hey i agree with you i was thinking the same thing when i read it but i wasn't sure if i remembered correctly. It's strange isn't it? Ya i loved the book but i agree about the ending it was still really good though i thought.

As far as I can remember, the Potters are Pureblood, are they not? At least if they're not, then JKR never said anything about it. And apparently all the Pureblood families are related. So then yes, it's pretty likely that Harry and Voldy are related in some very, very distant way.

I dont agree at all on this! Remember that Harry Potter is book made for children so the hero isn't suppose to die. It would be to..brutal if you ask me and think about all the fans and how angry they would be. Im just happy that Hermione and Ron and Harry and Ginny ended up together I cant wait to see that!!
