I never really got into the whole HP thing but since my uni holidays have started I've read the first three in four days. I'm just making sure I'm not missing out on anything! :P Better late than never! I hope to get them read by the time the new book comes out. Somehow I don't think I'll make it with work and moving house.

Harry Potter casts spell over Japan

This review of the new movie amused me:

"Though the screen time is a bit longer than that of previous films, the story is getting poorer and not well thought out. I think nobody can understand the story if you don't read the original book," said 34-year-old Kaori Komatsu after watching the film.

Now you have to ask yourself, is that the movie's fault or the book's? :P

Well I was going to see HP5 tonight but now I'm not... Last time a HP movie came out, my local cinema said that they didn't take bookings on tickets. So this afternoon when we asked them about the session tonight... "Yes, you should have booked."

Well, I'm extremely tired right now so I'm thinking it might be for the best, but still... Stupid cinema <_<

Oh, we did reserve our books though! We're going to pick them up at 7am on the day, lol. Apparently there's gonna be a spelling bee and a reptile show! :o. I hope there's snakes and lizards :D

i have to get tickets for that. My cousin and i are going to Gold Class to watch it. We've watched all the movies together, and we'll be watching the next 3 together as well :)

Im excited to watch it. I hated the book, so hopefully the movie will be better. But im going to be heaps sad when

Serius dies

:(

Should be good :)

I was devestated and enraged when I read that Sirius had died such a pointless, nothing death... I still haven't forgiven JK - or "that Rowling woman" as I've called her eversince - for treating him with such disregard.

I'm not worried about seeing it on screen, because I've never respected Gary Oldman in the role. He is NOT Sirius, so I don't expect to feel anything when whatever character he thinks he's portraying falls through a wavy curtain . If anything I think I'll be satisfied to see the imposter taken down once and for all.

The film is actually the shortest one so far, even though its the biggest book so far
