I wasn't even a fan for a good while, but watched it all the time as we had it on at dinnertime at home! My sister even got the Home & Away board game one Christmas! We never quite understood how to play it!

My mum used to watch it 6 years ago and I remember watching it with her a few eps before that. But since Jack came, it became a MUST for me

OMG- that is funny i didnt know that- that would be a great Christmas present for me- how come I can only ever think of presents for myself.. hmmm guess I could give it to my boyfriend...heheheh- his last gift to me was an electric toothbrush... off to ebay to search- thanks for the tip! :cool:

bella Posted October 6, 2006 Report Posted October 6, 2006 I have vauge memories from when I was little, though I know I started watching every ep from when I was about 9, maybe 10. So that's 1996/97 ish. I remember seeing a promo for an ep and wanting to know what happened but I don't remember what the promo was for:P I also watched repeats of the early years a few years ago, so I have little Sally, Ben, Carly etc memories. I stopped watching avidly sometime after Noah died and before Martha arrived and now, well, I'm here. The first characters I remember seeing are Rebecca Fisher/Nash and Marilyn...I think my very earliest memory was thinking 'that girl has the same name as me!' (Belinda Emmett).
Jack Holden Posted October 6, 2006 Report Posted October 6, 2006 Ive been watching on and off since about 1990 on ITV (I guess this was about 1989 in relation to Oz air dates as we were about a year behind). I remember the storylines when Frank and Bobby split up and everyone blamed Roo, I remember Tom's death and Sally being upset when Lance left. I pretty much watched it all from this point until ITV stopped showing it in 2000. I then started watching on FIVE in 2001 when they started showing it but had lost interest so gave up on it at the end of 2001. I then started watching again on FIVE just over a year ago.

Everyone at my school had an obsession with Chris Egan so I wanted to see what all the fuss was about. I remember the first episode I watched Dani and Will were making out and it was raining outside and Nick and Jade were having a moment at the Beach House when Kirsty walked in, because she was still with Nick at the time. They weren't making out but she interupted them staring at each other.
