Although I did not see the first episode of H&A on TV, I started watching it during the 1st year, and bought a video with the first episode on it, as H&A was really popular in the UK then.

I have to say that I watched more or less every episode up until ITV axed it. Then there seems so be large chunks missing from my memory until about the time when the Sutherlands arrived. Also, I am not to familiar with the Shauna/Jude/Charlotte era. However, the Shane and Angel era was when I watched it most religiously. I remember everything from that time and I used to watch it over and over again on video

I agree. I watched religiously on ITV. I also cannot remember what happened in the time it came back on in 2001 (I think, on channel5). I cannot remember some of the early H&A on Five, as I cannot remember when we got Channel 5 where I live. I also cannot remember what happened in h&a until the Sutherlands arrived either, and I cannot remember what the last scenes were on ITV before the show was axed. If anyone could remind me again what the last storylines were to be screened on ITV before the changeover, and the first storylines to be screened on Five after the changeover, I'd be very grateful.(despite having watched the show since 1989, this is the only time I cannot really remember, as I cannot remember the episodes before or after the changeover).

I remmeber that episode, I hid behind my mums chair in the living room and had nightmares for weeks. And Adam (i think) found his board with a big comedy shark bit in it!! But I cant find a clip of this anywhere (he wasnt an important character i guess, stayed in a caravan for a bit)

I've watched for as long as i can remmber then when it went to Channel 5 from ITV because I didnt get 5 in our town I stopped and picked up again only in the past year but I have been watching back episodes and stuff and have some rough ideas of the Kane and Kirsty times, the Stalker backepisodes etc and episodee guides thanks to this site!

I saw Kane in Headland on E4 last night. He has the smallest mouth in the world, that how I recognised him!

That's great, thanks for filling me in on that. That is the only part of H&A that I can't really remember, despite the fact that I was 22/23 at the time !

Oh my goodness, did they cut all that out ! I am not really surprised though. What were the actual scenes that we saw, or did ITV cut the whole programme ?( I would not be surprised if they did, channel 5 are not as bad as ITV at this !). Didn't ITV drop H&A in 2000 , then it came back on channel 5 in 2001 ?. Just out of interest, I also get RTE 1 and RTE 2 on Sky , when did H&A get cut in Southern Ireland ?. I used to watch H&A at one point on RTE2, as we have it on Sky, but H&A simply switched off in Ireland too. Can anyone in Ireland remember the last scenes on RTE1 or RTE2 before it went off for a while then came bac? I can't remember whether I watched H&A on RTE at this point or not.
