How Long You Been a Fan?

I have watched Home And Away from the very first episode, when it replaced, 'Sons And Daughters'. I am so glad it hasn't ended like Sons And Daughters and other Aussie soaps have.

I watched Home and Away for the first time YEARS ago... I remember Dani, Kirsty, Jade and Brodi in the Sutherland house, they were in their school clothes, and Dani was saying something like 'How can we go to school like this?'

I think i have been watching Home and Away since 1995 as far as i can remember. I can remember the likes of Shane and Angel, Michael and Pippa all the characters which were around at that stage.

^ That's when I started watching as well, but I would just tune in every few weeks to see what was happening. I loved Shane and Angel! I started watching it more regularly around about 2001 though and have been ever since!

I was watching on and off for a few years prior to 2000, but started watchin full time 2001 and my first memory of the show would have to be the crash that killed Miles

iv watched right from the pilot when it first started i was only 7 then

i remember that they had just moved to the caravan park and all the kids were giving out flyers

and carly was on the beach and fancied the surfer but wouldnt talk to him

and there was frank and steven out side this other bed and breakfast chattin up girls

just thought as well thats when alf had the store.

been watching it ever since when itv didnt show it anymore i thought that was it but so glad that five got it

has it really been 18 years OMG

My first memory of Home and Away is the Sutherlands moving into the Caravan Park. Don't know what year that was though.

I remember the first episode I watched was when Tom Nash walked out of Summer Bay and stood by the sign and looked back. Around that time Sam left too and Mitch and Hayley just found the dead girl on the beach (who the drop in centre was named after). Mitch was living under Irene's house.

Wow spooky! Thats exactly what I remeber too as the first episode where i started following!

I also do remember seeing it as a little child, must have been the early '90s, because the daughter of my babysitter watched it every day. BUt i was too little to understand what was going on.

I have been a fan of Home & Away since 1992. I don't remember much as I was six years old when I started watching it, but I do remember Bobby, Pippa and other early characters who have since left the show.

It was the year when Irene came to Summer Bay to get her kids back, Steve left to go to Uni in the city and the tragic moment when Meg died in Blake's arms while sitting on the beach watching the sun raising.

I been a fan since the show first started in 1988 the first ever episode.

i was 7 and a half years old when i start whiching the show with my mum.

im 26 now and i still love the show
