KK continually referred to each other as 'babe', does that count? :P

I think Kit had a name for Kim when they first fancied each other but pretended not to. It was a play on the word 'bimbo'...I think it was 'Kimbo' or 'himbo'?

It was Tarantula, but with Angie somehow incorporated into it for Angie

When Kit first liked Kim but she didnt admit it she was telling Irene and Hayley that she would never like "Kimbo the Himbo" which he overheard and then they later hooked up

I still find it funny that Sally still calls him Mr Stewart when he's staying with her. I can see it would be weird if she changed but maybe that would have been a good point for him to say "call me Alf"

I have a feeling that Colleen likes to add Dr to their names because it makes her feeling important.

If she stopped refering to him as Mr Stewart, the relationship between the show's two central, original characters wouldn't be the same. It wouldn't feel right at all.

Yeah, Angie was Tarangela or something like that, clearly a play on the word Tarantula.

It really annoyed me how Kane and Kirsty called eachother Babe all the time, it was just cringeworthy!

Morag often refers to Colleen as "that stupid woman" although I don't think that really counts!

Martha is often called "Mac" and her brother is "Macca", not sure what his real name is though, I expect that he gets "Macca" for the same reason Martha gets "Mac", although you can never be sure.

Lots of people have shortened versions of their names, like Noah called Hayley "Hayles", Ric shortened his own name because he didn't want to be called Eric or Dalby because his dad called him Eric" and he didn't like it. Cassie's real name is Cassandra, same with Matilda shortening her name to Mattie, Lucas shortening his to Luc and Tasha is often called Tash. Sally is often called Sal and Pippa's real name is Phillipa. Kit is really called Katherine and Robbie is Robert. They don't really count as nicknames or anything though, just common shortened versions of those names.
