Oh, don't even get me started on the destruction of Kim's characteristics during this storyline! There would've been no way in hell he'd just leave Zoe to burn - he'd even rescue Tracey - but afterwards.

But it's kind of interesting that no-one's mentioned them and as far as I know no bodies were recovered from the wreckage.

They should return for the Season Final - that'd be an amazing ending! Why waste such valid time with this Dennis Gillan cr@p?!

I still can't believe how they just felt them to burn... that angered me then and it still does now. I know they'd only try and kill everyone again, but leaving Zoe and Tracey to die... they're really no better.

At least they made the residents of Summer Bay into monsters too. I hope they're scarred for life! Evil bastards, Zoe and Tracey better be okay.

God, this storyline wasn't just a character killer for Zoe (seriously, where did the stone cold bitch from last year go?), it was for Kim too. And it started the whole SuperCop!Jack thing as well. Could they have f*cked up anymore? I don't think so.

It is interesting that other than that mention by Tony (Freaking Tony! Of all people *grumbles*) their names haven't even been uttered. They've so left it open for them to return. But I'm torn on whether or not I really want them to come back and risk having the Monkeys destroy them further. Just confirmation that they're alive would be enough for me. My imagination would do the rest.

I think that the answer to that is pretty simple; the show is written by monkeys who obviously think that this storyline is the best thing ever!

I liked this years stalker storyline at the beginning, but after Zoe escaped and it was the wedding, it was than it hit me that all of these things were just our of character and basically wrong.

I'm glad we got Tracey though, she was great, and good for Zoe too.

Here's hoping the new Script Producer - whoever that may be - will pick up from where DB unfortunately left off and fixes the errors with their storyline.

And you're absolutely right, Sally would feel worse. I can't believe no-one mentions them anymore. I bet they wouldn't even if they did kill half the town's population!

Don't get me wrong there were things I loved about what we got out of the storyline this year. Tracey, the Maxine Trood disguise. But nothing that Zoe did this year had any effect. The factory, breaking into Sally's, living next door to Peter, the car bomb; it was all great foreplay but when it came down to it, it achived nothing and we were all left unsatisfied. What she did last year had lasting consequences and that's one of the many things that made that arc far superior.

“Only there’s a slight catch.” Harper began to explain as Jack and Lara looked on at him and McGrath with anticipation. “And?” Claire asked firmly, obviously not in the mood for this.

McGrath pressed the PLAY button on the mechanism and the following message occurred followed by disembodied laughter and the sound of a ticking clock.

Last year was a taste of what’s to come. Earlier this year that was just for fun. And now? The showdown has only just begun.

The investigative team looked on in horror as Zoe and Tracey’s rhymed words chuckled through the speakers of the artificial instrument of destruction, like a 50’s radio, playing out an old and melancholy tune, surrounded by ominous white noise and flickering sounds.

Oooh, I liked that teaser, so the bomb is really just another one of Zoe's pranks. I love the rhyming message, it's so ominous and threatening

I'm glad you liked it! And yep another prank - but a vital clue to her bigger agenda (the stuff in May/June was just having fun with Peter, now she's got him out of the way, she's going to destroy SB).
