swfc Posted September 6, 2006 Report Posted September 6, 2006 I think we've already established that Tracey is one heck of an amazing hottie! Something else. I ran out of ideas at the moment. Think of something else!

swfc Posted September 6, 2006 Report Posted September 6, 2006 I give up! *waves white flag* Tracey and Zoe are totally hot! Too bad they didn't get much screentime than they deserved!
Traceve Posted September 6, 2006 Report Posted September 6, 2006 Im sorry, im just so happy today! I know Tell me bout it, I had my fingers crossed Tracey would become a regular
Traceve Posted September 6, 2006 Report Posted September 6, 2006 I just had a thought With all the useless storylines they pursue, you'd think they could at least take the time to explain the vaguely interesting ones properly! Those were two rather important points - I remember being very confused as to whether it had ever been established that they were actually dead - and they just went oh no let's not bother?! I swear, that second stalker storyline was so, so bad... The first one was exciting until we found out who it was. Then it was anti-climactic because of course they made the stalker someone that none of the viewers particularly cared about, instead of making a more unpredictable and riskier choice of a longtime character so we'd actually be interested in why and what 'turned' them. Plus, once that mystery was out of the way, we knew Sally would be okay. They'd never kill off Sally! Another really bad mistake was releasing the six suspects to the tv mags so we could never be too shocked as to who it was. Before they published the six suspects it could've been anyone. Anyway, this last 'stalker' thing was so trite and unexplained and pointless. And the second it was over they just went straight into the helicopter crash so no one had any time to dwell on how crap it was. It really felt like they just went, 'Our ratings are going down a bit - better bring back the stalker and not put in any effort whatsoever!'

Those were two rather important points - I remember being very confused as to whether it had ever been established that they were actually dead - and they just went oh no let's not bother?! I would like to say, and I quote, 'It was cut because of time constraint.' I swear, that second stalker storyline was so, so bad... A longtime character can't be used unless they were planning on leaving at that time. Because, who will forgive them for what they did to the townspeople and especially towards Sally. Therefore, they have no choice but to use a guest star. And, who were the guest stars at that time amongst those 6? It was Laurie Foell and Emily Perry. Josie was already involved in the whole Marc Edwards thing so they obviously couldn't put her. So, who's left? Zoe! The lovable nurse! Anyway, this last 'stalker' thing was so trite and unexplained and pointless. And the second it was over they just went straight into the helicopter crash so no one had any time to dwell on how crap it was. It really felt like they just went, 'Our ratings are going down a bit - better bring back the stalker and not put in any effort whatsoever!' I think it was more of a 'Our ratings are low so let's bring back Emily Perry to boost our ratings.' Then when that happened, they were like, 'Oh crap, people are going to be annoyed at the way Zoe and Tracey were killed off so we have to have a backup plan. Oooh, I know, let's bring in a helicopter crash and take away some of the really popular cast. That way, they'll forget about it, and our butts are saved!'
