Is it my imagination or is H&A getting funnier?

i'm not sure, i think it is a bit funnier this year.

but then comparing 2010 and 2009 in terms of humour is like comparing The Naked Gun with Schindler's List!

haha! I think TBH the actors are just better at comedy. The last episode, Dex, Casey, Xavier and John were just priceless. They have all got the comic timing down to perfection.

yeah, there's always a good laugh every episode. although i loved the drama of mid-late 2008 and early 2009, it got a bit tiring. looking back at the early years there was a lot of comedy, and it's really great to have it back. :)

Yep, all the ones you mentioned are great at delivering funny lines. I've really been enjoying it lately.

Dex again, who's rapidly taking over from Miles as king of the one-liners, when Miles is about to withdraw Liam's terrorism assignment to the class-

Miles - "There've been some changes to your assignment."

Dex - "Do we get to do a practical component as well?"

Another one from Miles. I'm beginning to think the actors have a lot of input into the jokes.

Gina: "Ah, Mr. Copeland."

Miles: "OK, Gina before you start, I did not insult the head of the curriculum committee. I said she was 'clever', I didn't call her a 'heffer'. Alright, it was a complete misunderstanding."

Gina: "Well I'm sure I'm going to hear more about that before the day is out."

Miles: "Oh."

Leah made me smile this week, when Colleen was talking about Keith:

Irene: Why don't you take a leaf out of Leah's book, when she didn't know how she felt about Miles she kissed him.

Colleen: No, I couldn't do that, people would call me a floozie, no offence, Leah.

Leah: I accepted my floozie status a long time ago, Colleen.
