Recently the line I laughed at was when Drew and friends were clearing up the surf club after the pool competition/ fight, and Drew said 'Look at this place. I can just hear Mr Stewart's voice now', then Alf walked in behind him saying 'strewth, what the flamin' hell's gone on here?' It was so funny...!

I loved that line!

I can't remember exactly what he said but Alf said something like...''Flamin 'ell, i've got to make Ric's flamin dinner in a minute'' the other day and I just laughed my head off. It was when he was in his red dressing gown and he just looked and sounded so funny .

Speaking of Alf's lines, my brother looked up ''Alf Stewart'' on Wiki the other day and it says...

Alf is most known for his use of declining Australian slang, such as the words "flamin' mongrel", "holy grandpa on a stick, grandma", "strewth" and "strike my living harry". His most famous quotes are "stone the flamin' crows", "flaming mongrels", "flaming galah" and "strike me roan".

...and the first time he said the ''holy grandpa on a stick, grandma'' line, I started laughing for about 5 minutes and actually cried afterwards because I was so happy with laughter, it's one of the funniest things I'd ever heard. Onto the point, does anyone actually remember hearing him say that? I don't recall it, but my memory is a bit patchy sometimes!

At least i'm not the only one who can't remember him saying that! Alf saying anything with ''flamin'' in it tickles my funny bone everytime . ''Stone the flamin crows'' and ''he better not give him the rough end of the pineapple'' are probably the funniest lines that will ever be said on H&A, in my opinion. One of the first times Alf said ''he better not give him the rough end of the pineapple'', (whilst Ric was being taken into the police station after Rocco's attack, I think) I remember I was drinking a cup of tea and it just went everywhere after hearing that. The writers sure know how to make us laugh!
