I remember watching Ali G back years ago when he used to interview men in suits, and he was speaking to the US guy for law and he was talking about how he had heard that rules differed from state to state. The example he used about murdering people was him fooling around, but anyway, if abortion is illegal in one state, can you just travel into the next state and be gone with it there.
