I believe Ric's 18th was around the time of Flynn's death.....after all, he was kept back a year at school, so he is older than Cassie/Matilda/Lucas.

I don't think its Morag - when Kit broke into Josh's office and stole the CCTV tape, Morag went on about how she didn't agree with how it was obtained. If she makes such a big deal over something like that, I can't see her murdering.

I don't think it's Ric or Martha either. The fact that they have both comfronted Josh at different times and made threats is probably an attempt to throw us off the scent.

The thing is, everybody hates it, so it really could be anyone. It's a bit like the search for Angie's killer all over again!

I think it is Barry Hyde, because he found the files on Morag's car and I think it's because Josh West wanted to destroy the school.

Yes, he could have planted them on the car to be found, but not because he found them.

I mean if Dan bludgeoned Merc to death at BTTB head office and I'm not one there and find Merc's bleeding corpse, that doesn't mean I did it.

It is however quite suspicious how he is the only one we saw at the diner bar Leah before the note was found. However Cassie and Ric had been out for a walk that morning.
