They should have released Weddings followed by Villains, or the other way around. The crapness of Romances probably accounted for the poor sales thereafter. I am hoping they do a Villains DVD.

alexx Posted June 30, 2006 Report Posted June 30, 2006 I’d like a DVD the same in format as the Neighbours Defining Moments DVD- it has loads of really good episodes providing nostalgia and it just takes you straight back to how you remember the show being throughout its history. A Home and Away Defining Moments DVD would be awesome, it’d probably sell really well, because its not just clips its actual full episodes covering some of the best, emotional, dramatic and climatic episodes of H&A’s history – it’d be great!!! I’d like there to be two or three episodes from each season (that surrounded the above themes), that would be way cool! Two episodes from each season would make a total of 38 episodes? (It’s been going 19 years right?) I’m sure every fan, past and present would buy that. What is the Weddings DVD like? Are the chopped up clips too chopped up or are they longish without a narration? I can’t be bothered buying it if it has talking over almost every scene or they have re-edited the scenes to make it more modern.
ste Posted July 1, 2006 Report Posted July 1, 2006 The scenes are kind of chopped up and a lot of them have more modern music playing over them too, however it is still better than the Romances DVD in my opinion as they concentrate on one wedding at a time instead of jumping all over the place.
