~Amy~ Posted January 17, 2007 Report Posted January 17, 2007 Are you right clicking the little picture or layer itself?
SfanS Posted January 17, 2007 Report Posted January 17, 2007 Tried both. Neither say 'duplicate'. Instead I've been doing curves. Not the same effect, but I like it.
SSBfan5 Posted January 17, 2007 Report Posted January 17, 2007 It`s so great to have a thread with tutorials
Marki Posted January 17, 2007 Report Posted January 17, 2007 Slight problem. Sorry to be such a pain. But it's easier if I printscreen it instead of eplaining it, sooo.... THe little white box with options is because I was right clicking the base on the layers pallot. All my options are blanked out, and duplicating isn;t even an option. Have I misunderstood? I am so annoying, aren;t I? :P to duplicate you can go to the layer menu at the top of photoshop and then pick duplicate layer from there it's the second option in the menu. Im pretty sure the reason why they stuff was blanked out was because the backround/base layer on an image is always locked and with locked layers you can't do anything till you unlock them ...But you can't unlock the backround/base layer.
SfanS Posted January 17, 2007 Report Posted January 17, 2007 Thanks, Marki! And thanks for trying to help Amy!
