Open image, then crop/resize e.t.c. Sharpen. Edit>Fade Sharpen. Enter in 70. . Duplicate base twice. First duplicate: Softlight, 70. Second: Screen, 10 3. New Fill Layer. Enter in 3B70DB. Click ok. Set this layer to Softlight, 20. 4. Make a new Color Balance layer. Midtones settings: -79, -21, 21 5. Make a new Curves layer. Enter these settings: RGB: I- 0 O- 23 Red: I- 0 O- 41 Set this layer to softlight. 6. New Fill Layer. Enter in 59D27B. Click ok. Set this layer to Saturation, 40. 7. Make a new Hue/Sat layer. Master settings: 0, 21, 0 Second: to 1. Open image, then crop/resize e.t.c. Sharpen. Something I always do after sharpening is Edit>Fade Sharpen, then entering in about 50-70. 2. Duplicate base, and set to Screen. It will depend on your image, but I set this layer to 20. 3. Make a new Selective Coloring layer. Enter these settings: Reds: -100, -7, 26, 27 Yellows: -100, 0, 100, 0 Cyans (optional): 50, -64, 0, 0 Neutrals: 63, -4, -54, 0 These settings will depend on your image. 4. Make another Selective Coloring layer. Enter these settings: Reds: 0, 0, 22, 0 Yellows: 0, 0, -100, 0 These settings will depend on your image. 5. Paste this on: Set this layer to Softlight, 30. 6. Make a new Hue/Sat Layer. Settings for Master: 0, 35, 0. These settings will depend on your image. 7. To add a bit of contrast to it, make a new Brightness/Contrast layer, and enter these settings: Brightness- -4 Contrast- 11 Add brushes, textures e.t.c.

Open any avatar you want that has text on. 3. Select the text layer you want the stroke to be on. Click me! 4. Right click this layer and scroll up to Blending Options. Click me! 5. Click Blending Options and tick the box next to stroke. 6. The outlining colour will come up as red. Click me! 7. To change this click the red panel, and select a different colour. 8. You can preview this colour before choosing it. Click me! 9. You can use the eye drop tool to choose a colour already in the avatar.

Firstly, duplicate your base layer and set it to soft light. For me, this enhances the brightness of my image and gives my image an overall better feel. New fill layer #F9EFBB set to soft light 100% New selective colouring layer Reds: +88 +48 -100 +100 Neutrals: +14 +16 -29 0 New color balance layer Midtones- -58 Tada! I know, very sucky. But its the best I can do without a tut Comments = <333 Would heart to see results!
