mbi615 Posted August 22, 2009 Report Posted August 22, 2009 Thanks for all the tutorials but do you guys know where you can download photo shop? My laptop doesn't have it. I don't think you can download Photoshop online for free but you can get a free trial of it. I'm using GIMP at the moment, which is free, and it's a lot like Photoshop. You can get heaps more information off here.
HAA Girl 08 Posted August 23, 2009 Report Posted August 23, 2009 Thanks for the tut, Mira! Okay, a question: How do I make new adjustment layers? I use GIMP and I can't seem to work the silly thing.
mbi615 Posted August 23, 2009 Report Posted August 23, 2009 Yeah I use GIMP as well! This is what I do to make new layers: Layer>New From Visible Then while on that new layer, go to Colours>Hue/Saturation, Colour Balance, etc. And to get to Channel Mixer: Colours>Components>Channel Mixer Lol I hope you get it, GIMP is a bit fiddly at times.
