When you say no spoilers, does that mean UK or Aus pace? Also, do promos count as spoilers ?

It's probably best at UK pace as the vast majority of members here at BTTB are Aus and UK and the UK isn't very far behind Aus now (in fact, the way the UK's catching up the episodes will probably overtake Australia soon!!! )

I think using promos should be okay as promos only give a general idea of what's going to happen next anyway.
