allibaz91 Posted June 10, 2008 Report Posted June 10, 2008 That's a shame about you guys But needs must, and other things are certainly more important! Personally, the word limit doesn't bother me as such, because I think it's unlikely that I'll really go over 2000 words anyway, but I just thought I would ask. I certainly don't care if other people write more than that, at any rate And I think I definitely will be able to enter
Cerise Posted June 10, 2008 Report Posted June 10, 2008 It's a shame though. I was quite intrigued about exploring how Colleen and Madge met
emmasi Posted June 10, 2008 Report Posted June 10, 2008 I still haven't decided what I'm doing. I keep getting ideas, and I don't know which episodes I should watch to research storylines >.<
Luc Posted June 10, 2008 Report Posted June 10, 2008 Damn homework! I have so much! (Just letting you know why I cannot enter, as metioned before) I'll definatley try and enter next time, for sure (but don't hold me to it )
allibaz91 Posted June 10, 2008 Report Posted June 10, 2008 Kat, you could always write it when you have more time and post it as a oneshot just on its own emmasi - it really depends how much free time you have. If you have a lot of time to work on this, then I'd say put together small bits and pieces, maybe a couple of paragraphs, for your different ideas and see which one flows the best once you start writing it down. Then once you know which one you're going to write about, it'll be easier to find the eps for that storyline Luc - homework, sadly, can't be avoided But at least you can read the other entries without the stress of wondering whether people will like yours this time around! Look for the positives
xGlowingAngelx Posted June 10, 2008 Report Posted June 10, 2008 Unless I can miraculously come up with an entry and finish it today I'm out, sorry guys. next time definitely, though That goes for me too. Everything I had planned at first sounds so.... blah now. And I really cant be bothered doing another.
Skykat Posted June 10, 2008 Report Posted June 10, 2008 Kat, you could always write it when you have more time and post it as a oneshot just on its own I think thats what I'm going to do. I've been persuaded by my proof reader to go with posting the fic as a one shot rather than change it for the comp. I'll do my utmost to come up with an entry in the meantime though.
Zetti Posted June 13, 2008 Report Posted June 13, 2008 So it has to be at least 2000 words or can it be less?
allibaz91 Posted June 13, 2008 Report Posted June 13, 2008 I think the idea was approximately 2000, but that was more of a maximum than a minimum I'm pretty sure, so I assume it can be less
Jen Posted June 14, 2008 Report Posted June 14, 2008 ^ Yep, a 2000 word limit was set, but there was talk of extending it if you need to.
