I used to want them together but now I prefer Matilda with Lucas and although I love Cassie and Ric, I love Ric and Belle aswell, I prefer Ric and Matilda together as friends now.

I think Mattie and Ric are better as friend aswell, he was really sweet and protective of her when the whole Callan thing was going on, like a boyfriend would be but I prefer Matilda/Lucas. I love Mattie/ Ric as best friends I think htey are both great!!!

When Matilda used to like Ric when he was first in the show she seemed waaaaay to young for him but now she's grown up (sort of) I could see it happening.

I used to think that Ric and Maddie would be a really good couple. But now that they have been such good friends for awhile, I think it would be a bit strange. They're almost like brother and sister now.

I like that in Summer Bay, two people of the opposite sex can be friends without it leading to anything else. Another example of this Jesse and Hayley, and Jesse and Sally.

It never seems to work in the real world though ! ! !
