Five however, still edited out bits of the cyclone episodes. Below is a brief list of what was edited (note i may have missed a couple of bits just before the break on Mondays episode because my WinTV crashed on me) Cuts Made to Monday 15th May Episode, Episode 4101. - Scene showing car approaching before kim gets thrown out - Short bit with Robbie in hunters house Maddie - What do you mean Tasha's gone? Robbie - I told her she had to make a choice and she did. Martha - I dont believe this whats she thinking? Jack - Not a lot aparently. - Short bit with Amanda returning home Graham - Id do the right thing and carry you across the threash hold But the old hammer and axe arent what it used to be. Amanda - Oh Graham, you make me laugh - Extended bit with Kim lying on the floor. After break - another bit with Rachael arriving in her car and noticing kim (no dialogue) (UK viewers just see Rachael notice kim on the floor) - Extended but in Sally and Flynns house after Ric goes off with alf. - Bit with Hyde arriving at the hospital Irene - julie where Where is he? Julie - The Drs are still with him Hyde - Whats going on? - Few seconds with Jack looking out the window. - Bit at the end of where Alf picks ric up after he falls out and a shot of the external of the hospital before we go to Kim in bed. Feel Free to add if i missed anything. But at my count about 45-70 seconds worth of tape was cut. CLIPS OF THE CUTS FOR MONDAY - h**p://www.sendmefile.com/00360490 Cuts made to Tues 16th, Episode 4102 -Bit with Beth in the hunter house Beth - I mean Who does that? Turns up on your doorstep and Gloats? about turning your own father against you? Maddie - A total Psycho - Bit where Joanah approaches Tashsa Joanah - OI Get that side bit up - on the side! You alright? (to tasha) - Whole Scene with Ric looking for Cassie (ric shouts Cassie repeatedly whilst watlking through the woods) - Bit with Joanah approaching the tent. Second Half - Extended bit in Sally/Flyyn house under the table before the power comes back on - Whole scene in Sally's house under the table Sally - I cant stand this any more we cant just lie here and do nothing Alf - Theres nothing we can do for them now. Sally - We could try and find them! Alf - Its too late Sal Then straight after where Ric's holding up the pillow before Cassie says 'Ric i dont wanna be here anymore' - A bit outside the tent again showing the ferocity of the winds on the tent before Joanah says they have to lie on the tent to anchor it. - Bit with Ric and Cassie in the Van, We also see a shot of the hole in the roof before it gets blown off - in the UK one it just blows off the roof. Cuts made to Weds 17th, Episode 4102 Recap - bit from yesterday outside the tent at the believers farm. - 2 secs Bit in Leahs House - 10 secs I'll add any other edits to other episodes I notice under these ones.

It's not like those scenes were offensive or controversial in any way whatsoever! I'm glad I'm watching the downloaded Australian episodes, means I actually get to see full episodes rather than edited ones!
Izzy H Posted May 15, 2006 Report Posted May 15, 2006 From what I see the bits they edited out were just stupid .... it wasn't like there was offensive language used etc .... Five need to sort themselves out and to stop editing things out just for the sake of it. I'm really angry now because I really do not see the point.

Nicom Posted May 15, 2006 Report Posted May 15, 2006 I can't see why they'd edit these bits out? If it was for timing reasons, then we didn't really need the recap at the beginning did we? It was only on friday that we watched it, so we didn't need the reminders. They'd already said a warning, and they had left in some flashing scenes, so whats the harm in adding some more? And some of them, by the sounds of it, weren't even flashing! Channel five, you are officially Fools!! *slaps round head*

The show comes of air at about 6:25 and then the next programme comes on at 6:27 when it's meant to start at 6:30 so there is another few minutes to show the whole of the show anyways. Just a question - In Australia how long is the actaul HAA show if the advertisements etc were taken out? I'm sure it's less than 30 (even 25) minutes!

With the ads removed, the show is about 22 minutes long I think. I have a lot of downloaded episodes, most of them are about 22 minutes.
