So jack being on the case now that martha is a suspect is a conflict of interest..but dan can interview his brother and ex-sister-in-law and at one time lover..

And the fact that jack was in a interview with martha when the magazines were involved..but now it becomes a conflict of interest..

I think for things like this they should bring in another top cop and have jack and peter involved but not interview those they are close to..

It makes more sense..

The truth be known, I guess as he has detective status, he is seen as more experienced to deal with awkward situations that are thrown at him. I'm just so sick of his attitude. I'm getting to a point where I dislike him so much, I can't stand watching him. As people have said, he's just turning into a bully the whole time. I mean, he stands there laying down the law to Jack about knowing about the gun and not reporting it, as if he follows the rules completely. It was only a short time ago he was hiring a dodgy guy to steal files from the hospital. But of course, it's Peter, so that's ok.......

lol i only saw that i made a mistake in names when you quoted my post,i meant peter not dan,but everyone knew what i meant..

I agree with what people are saying about his attitude,he is being a right bully..the way he treated all the 'suspects',very harsh and then when the proof came out it wasnt them he moved onto someone else..

And now at jack for wanted to be apart of it even though its his girlfriend but peter can be apart of it even though it involved his brother and ex..

Hmmm... I'm not really liking this new Peter.

I guess when Martha was being interviewed about the magazines it was more just a questioning and they wouldn't have been able to charge her with murder just because of that. But because her prints were on the murder weapon they may well have (if it had've been her) charged her with murder then, so that would be more inappropriate for Jack to be present for than the first time. Does that make sense? It's true though that if they weren't going to allow Jack in this time, they shouldn't have let him in last time, nor Peter with Dan and Amanda.

But seeing as there only seems to be a maximum of 6 policemen working at the station, we should probably just accept it, however annoying it is.

Yeah,this time with the gun is more serious than the magazines and the place being a small town everyone knows each other,but still jack/peter shouldnt have been involved when it came down to their families..

Another thing i forgot to mention..im glad sally is back,hated the way cassie was acting and i dont like macca at all,but i liked sally trying to talk sense into cassie..

I would of liked to have seen sally and alfs reaction to knowing that ric was shot by martha,if he did tell them that,or just knowing that he knew about the gun and i dont think sally was there when he was interviewed about the magazine,i would of liked to see sally react to that.
