It isn't his fault that this Helpman guy is a jerk. xxx If I was in the situation I'd think it was sweet, but looking at it from the outside, it's frustrating because I know what the consequences are. Obviously he doesn't, so it's not really his fault...
claire_louise Posted July 13, 2006 Report Posted July 13, 2006 I never expected to like Belle from what I'd heard of her, and having given her a chance for a few weeks I can now safely say I was right. She is annoying me already with her smug looks and cockiness. Although Cassie's behaviour was far from commendable in today's ep, I like it that they've given her character a new dimension. Everybody has their flaws and soap characters can sometimes be a bit too 'nice'. I like it that she's a bit of a snob!

I agree with everyone that Cassie's actions today, although not very nice, did show another side to her character. Unfortunately i am one of a minority on this board who actually likes Cassie. WHOA! Lucas and Matilda got a couple of lines today. Shocking. What a waste of space they are at the moment. I thought that Rachel and Kim saying "I love you" today was very sweet, if a little fast. I must admit, i am fast becoming a shipper! I was very impressed with Rachel and the way she reacted when Kim said he'd stand up to the creep-o Helpman. She seemed very sincere, if naive about the relationship. Thank God we've been given a slight break from this Josh and Amanda stuff. I know it all culminates soon, i can only hope it's very soon. The whole storyline is grating. I thought it was sweet of Dan to comfort Sally today. I can't believe they are portraying Leah as jealous. Yes, i'm aware she didn't know the context of that hand-holding moment, but did she really think her husband would get it on with her best friend just after she'd been widowed. Tut-tut for even thinking it Leah. To end, i believe Belle is the "scrag". Not Cassie. xxx

Liz Posted July 14, 2006 Report Posted July 14, 2006 I really don't like Belle as much as I thought I would when she first arrived. If Ric wanted to finish with Cassie and be with Belle, he'd do it. She's selfish and manipulative.
