Different tack for H&A having a whole episode dedicated to one storyline.

Wasn't the episode after Romeo and Ruby slept together entirely devoted to the Ruby/Romeo/Indi storyline? I'm sure of it  Its good though, more in depth.

Red, you are are a walking encyclopedia about H&A. Have you considered doing Mastermind on it? Seriously, I'm not taking the mickey :)

I echo that! :)

Some nice stuff in that episode.Elijah helping out at the homeless shelter might help give him a bit of perspective.Co-worker Janelle seems nice and fiesty and I'm wondering if there might be a bit of love interest forming there?Clutching at straws but I'd rather that than have him end up back with Leah.

Brax is a very hard character to pin down.I thought he was a jerk with Angelo and it's hard to shake the feeling that he's got an ulterior motive, maybe he's making Angelo spend more money so he won't be able to pay him back. But then he was really good with Elijah and quite sympathetic(and his take on the "Turning water into wine" story made me smile).Bit of a Jekyll and Hyde character really. Elijah as a car thief, however incompetent, is a bit of a head spinner, just as much as the fact the waitress Brax spoke to looked like someone who'd hang around with the River Boys.(Maybe he recruited her?)

One of the big pluses about this year is they do seem to be taking time to form friendship groups among the characters.Angelo, Liam and Roo living together does seem to be paying dividends and there was some great banter between the lot of them here.Bianca trying desperately to find her best "alluring" pose while waiting for Liam was rather funny and helps demonstrate how neurotic she can be at times.Again, though, she treated Liam like an alcoholic when he doesn't seem to be anything of the sort.

April's treading a fine line at the moment. It probably didn't help that they made her quite unsympathetic in the lead-up to this storyline, with the chemicals thing and the way she treated Xavier, but sometimes I feel sorry for her and sometimes I just find her irritating and she was mostly in the latter category this episode.

The April storyline just seems a bit uneccessary, like they've invented it for the sake of it. Perhaps they flash up an OCD helpline after the show in Australia?

I think Brax is jealose of Angelo, can you guess why...ho hum.

I thought the blonde waiting at home for her boyfriend to arrive storyline was similar to Indie waiting for Romeo, I thinnk they'll be similar bad consequences if Liam is back on the grog.

To me last nights episode seemed to jump about a lot.

It was good to see a different side of Brax, he was very understanding with Elijah. Liked Elijah's line about not being able to feel his feet. :D

I suppose if any trouble kicks off at the homeless centre he would be able to break it up considering his size and his self defence skills. I can see a friendship between him and Janelle, it was telling he didn't answer that call from Leah.

Liked those scenes between Angelo, Liam and Roo, good trio. I wondered how long it would take before Liam remembered he was supposed to be on a date with Bianca! Her settling herself into a seductive pose was funny, was kind of spoilt when she fell asleep though. I was surprised she didn't ring Liam and ask where he was, shows how far she has come in a way I suppose. Liam has had a problem with drinking before, but was hardly an alcoholic, it was more drugs in his case.

She was a bit dismissive of the fact April had redone her essay 'a million times'. Dex at least is concerned but until April acknowledges that there is anything wrong there is not much he or anyone can do. It is getting worse though as seen by her wardrobe.

Yes, that's brilliant. Instead of people randomly hanging around and seeming to know each other, they are actually friends. I think Angelo is more likely to make friends now he's not in the police as well, he was always a loner before. Also the 'family' groups seem to be better formed e.g. the Palmers, the Walkers, the 'Patterson/Bucktons', and the 'Stewart/Copeland/Franklin/Smiths' Oh and the River Boys family too I suppose.

She didn't treat Liam like an alcoholic, she treated him like an inconsiderate jerk (which seems fully justified under the circumstances).

Was anyone else cringing with the recollection of having done the same as Liam (getting carried away and standing up Bianca)? Though obviously I didn't stand up Bianca.

Actually, the thought crossed my mind that Bianca hasn't really been noticing April's problems and I think if she had, the thing with Liam would've worked out a bit better if she was looking forward to it as a way to take her mind off the worry about April rather than just "I'm gagging for it".

Am I imagining it, but is Marilyn acting particularly mad lately? All she talked about was Nicole and the baby all evening. She seems to be regressing in age, even though she's always been childish. Really like the new tradition of the Walkers having dinner parties with various guests, hope it continues.

I liked seeing Romeo seeing Indi 'moving on' from him. Hahaha :) She didn't seem that happy though.

Hopefully the girl Miranda (argh!!) that Xavier likes will be good for him and not treat him like Ruby and April did. Really nice also to see Xavier and Romeo actually being friends again and going out places. It must be quite difficult for Xavier. He's best friends with Romeo AND Casey, who seemingly hate each other, with Xave caught in the middle. I suppose he took Romeo rather than Casey to the party cos Romeo just happened to be there (and of course for plot purposes )

I'm not surprised Romeo quit school, it was kind of inevitable at 25

Re: Liam. I think addicts are supposed to give up everything like alcohol, drugs etc cos if they are addictive personalities, they will be likely to get addictions.

And poor Nicole, with those boys making weird comments. I know they were trying to be nice but it just showed how much more mature and adult she is and has to be in her situation. Really felt sorry for her :(

She didn't treat Liam like an alcoholic, she treated him like an inconsiderate jerk (which seems fully justified under the circumstances).

She was making a big fuss about him drinking a few weeks back and when he turned up she said "Have you been drinking?" as though he'd done something wrong, even though it only seemed to be normal social drinking, like it was the other two times she made a fuss.He wasn't even drunk.

Nice to see a bit of Nicole and Indi hanging out, Indi really doesn't seem to treat her any differently because of the pregnancy which is nice.(Love the way the camera suddenly pulls back to show Dex is sitting a few feet away when he quips everything Indi does is about Romeo.Nice too to see Dexter being the only person in Summer Bay with a brain and doing some research on OCD.)Nicole chatting with the guy at the party who clearly didn't know where to look was rather amusing.

Nice "Oh sh..." moment when Romeo and Indi saw each other at the party.Romeo really is coming across as a loser at the moment and I don't think there's a cure for it.Wasn't expecting him to quit school, hard to know what they'll do with him now and I won't be surprised if he does end up going back.(He is only 18/19 in the show...)The scene with him and Miles felt a bit odd, as if whoever was writing the episode didn't know they live together.Kind of hope they run with his hook-up with Emily rather than just forgetting about it.Romeo was a jerk for butting in on Indi's conversation and I think he actually pushed her and Kieran together, I don't think Indi would have let him kiss her if Romeo hadn't been there and she's probably regretting it.Nice to see Sid doing the low-grade protective father thing, not so long ago he'd probably have been asking Kieran his intentions instead of being basically polite to him.

I didn't mind Marilyn too much in that episode, she is still a bit too focused on Nicole's life but I can see she's trying not to be.She is rather childish though, which from the start has made me wonder why anyone would trust her with a baby.I felt rather sorry for her when Sid shut down her offer to run a tarot card stall, it actually seemed quite sensible and at least worth discussing.

I've semi-accepted Xavier probably won't get back with April so I rather liked the spark between him and Miranda and I hope she helps him to relax a bit.(Although it's going to get a bit confusing with her around, eh, Forum Member Miranda?)Trying to work out which of the guys is her brother and coming up a blank, according to the credits she and Kieran have different surnames(but then so do Romeo and Mink)and Pete, um, doesn't have a surname at all.Rather liked Xavier encouraging Romeo to move on, bit of a role reversal of their situation at the beginning of the year.(Except in this case, Xavier's actually right.)
