On the other hand the police put up pictures and so on when they are trying to solve something, so I'd be inclined to plump for that. Though it doesn't quite gib with the sinister phone calls, co-operating with a thief too dumb to disable the security camera, and actually threatening Jack. Oh well, that's why we keep watching!

h&acouples Posted July 7, 2006 Report Posted July 7, 2006 I love the chemistry between Kim and Rachal , hes being very supportive to her , i hate Peter now , hes putting Jack through hell like getting him transffered and ruining his career and now attacking him , i knew he was wierd a bit.
allibaz91 Posted July 7, 2006 Report Posted July 7, 2006 Dr Helpman has basically been touching Rachel and making her feel uncomfortable in the workplace, but she felt like she couldn't say anything as he was helping her out so much with her paper etc. But then today (don't know if you saw that) she eventually told him she wasn't interested and tried to be nice. He pretended to be okay about it but from then on he started being distant and criticising her for everything, and he sabotaged her chances of winning an award becasue she rejected him. That's basically what's been happening as far as I can remember it =) Also, I agree that Peter is acting shockingly. Why can't he just tell us what he's up to and put us out of our misery? Then maybe he can go back to being the good cop and he and Jack could be frineds. But seeing as how it is Soapworld we're in, I won't hold my breath.
katya Posted July 7, 2006 Report Posted July 7, 2006 Thank you! I thought there would be a twist to the Rachel/Dr Helpman story in that his advances toward her would be more paternal in nature than anything else. But I was wrong.

I think Jack has to be the favourite cop in that show now, considering Pete's gone all evil. And I know he was protecting his secret shed or whatever, but the look on his face after he whacked jack was evil too!!

And what is with the secret shed? Doesn't he have a home to keep this stuff in? I mean, it's not like anyone else ever goes to his house anyway! And the hitting Jack with the metal pipe was slightly extreme - couldn't he have arrested him for trespassing or something instead? If he doesn't get his act together soon, I am going to start hating him again (I hated him before the coma, then liked him, and now I may hate him again!) Rant over lol
