Gypsy & Will Fan Posted May 14, 2006 Report Posted May 14, 2006 I know but it was so sweet when they kissed and then Jack had to interupt! But it was so over the top, but the highlight of the episode had to be Irene and Hayley's speeches I was in tears! Especially when Hayley called her mum!

I totally agree, Lynne and Ella were just so good in that scene..they made the episode for me. Personally I found the episode rather cluttered..... there was too much going on, too much crammed in, and it ended up being very bitty...but that scene was just perfect.
katya Posted May 14, 2006 Report Posted May 14, 2006 I thought it was funny as well when Irene gave her big speech to Hayley and then everyone was waiting for Beth to do the same and she just collapsed in tears. It was sweet but so anti-climatic. Poor Scott, he must have been waiting to hear how wonderful he is and how much everyone was going to miss him and he ended up having to console his mother.

Irene's reaction that Amanda and Graham had got married was bloody brilliant, it made mum and I spit out our lemonade, as it did when Beth threw the bucket of water over her. I liked the Saunders scenes as well, I thought Sharni did a great job at a crying Cassie and I loved Ric being all concerned too, poor Flynn really is dereriating (sp?). I really like the look of Rachel it was just something about her, I can't work out what, but I really liked her. I'm loving Beth and Tony at the moment too, they make such a lovely couple. Robbie breaking down on Martha's shoulder was quite a sweet scene too. Amanda going around to Beth's was bang out of order and if I was Beth I would of punched her.

I was sitting there just, watching the return episode for the 2006 season and this recap thing came on (presumably for all the Australian viewers after their hiatus) and the voice over thing said 'Previously on 'Home and Away'. So I sat there watching it (as I hadn't seen the 2005 Season Finale) and I was thinking, 'This recap's going on for a while isn't it?' (like 4 minutes later) and then it dawned on me that the recap had actually finished and that the episode had started! I just totally hadn't realised! I'm so thick sometimes!!! And also, is it me or were the opening credits and theme tune majorly sped up? It seemed to be going at breakneck speeds tonight and the shot changeovers in the opening credits were making me feel so sick and dizzy (and I'm not epileptic or anything)...it was weird.....but then again...maybe it was just me?! XxX Edit: And also, isn't Zoe/Eve returning, a fairly major part of the storyline as well? That seemed to have been omitted from today's 'recap'!
xGlowingAngelx Posted May 15, 2006 Report Posted May 15, 2006 I do agree with you though, I thought the episode was excellent, I just think it's wierd when you saw Zoe and then she's just gone for ages before we see her again, the Aussie viwers must've been annoyed too when it happened to them.

Tasha chooses The Believers over Robbie 7. Beth and Tony get together 8. Kim takes drugs. 9. Martha and Jack get back together 10. New Dr arrives and finds Kim out of it. 11. Takes Kim to hospital and they find out he could be dead. 12. Flynn wants to end his life. 13. Cassie isn’t happy so runs away and is not found. 14. Electricity goes just when about to do some thing to Kim. 15. Cyclone is announced. Anything else….
