And for a 17yr old, Lee seems incredibly stupid. Maybe she was ill on all the sex ed classes. but even still, its common sense to no about water breaking etc

And Alf being not-so-subtle...it must be Colleen's influence And Lee's stupidity...watching it is making me feel stupid, ok that may be harsh, but someone please make her shut up....I cannot believe she had the nerve to snap at Luc like that, if I was Belle, I would have smacked her one there and then, just for being so dumb, then another one for having a go at Luc and then another one for irritating me. *stops with the violence* Must say that Rachel has been brilliant in all her scenes and when Belle was holding that baby I was thinking "aawww", which is kinda surprisng cause babies usually make me go "eewww".

Was also expecting her to push everything off the table and pounce on the guy ! But through all this, I actually found myself enjoying the scene where they shyly admitted their attraction. + Lee is Dumbass of the Day but Lucas was also being quite a prick. If Lee knew in herself that she couldn't cope with being a mother, then Lucas shouldn't be forcing her. It isn't his child! + No Johnny. No fun.

Lee not wanting the baby - I can understand, seeing as she is only 17 and in effect alone. Lee thinking that this Dayne guy (if that's his name) - is a good enough reason to abandon her son, I cannot understand. Luc - trying to force Lee into something she doesn't want I can't understand, but saying that she should take time to make her choice I can understand. Belle - her explanation, I can understand, after all she has lived it. It's a pretty good storyline, which is hard to focus on cause of dumbass Lee. Showing no Johnny after what happened to Brad- I can't understand Showing no Peter in how many days - I can't understand!!! *shuts up*

That was the one thing I didn't laugh at. I've never had a baby but my sister has and she said that when your waters break, it does feel like you have wet yourself.

She is so stupid though, when she was saying that Dane is all she's got! No, the baby is all you've got, Dane is just some thick, bossy, demanding power freak who cares about nobody but himself! He might like Lee because she's stupid and she adores him, but that's just because she's not used to the attention and will cling onto anyone who shows any interest in her. Dane doesn't love her, he's just flattered by her attention and likes having someone to walk all over.
claire_louise Posted February 28, 2007 Report Posted February 28, 2007 If they didn't over-emphasize Lee's naivety and downright stupidity, it could have been a great storyline. As it is I'm enjoying it, but not as much as I might have done. Maybe it's because I keep remembering when Sophie was putting her baby up for adoption (years and years ago), and sadly this just doesn't compare. But it's nice to see Lucas getting more storylines, and I'm surprised at how well he and Belle work together. What I really don't like, however, is Rachel and Kim's involvement. Just because you can't have kids doesn't mean you drool over every baby like a piece of chocolate cake. The way Rachel is getting attatched to the baby is too predictable.
