claire_louise Posted January 30, 2007 Report Posted January 30, 2007 I thought Charity cracked a little to soon though, considering she'd spent months tricking Irene and everyone that she was good, then to suddenly give all that hard work up. Then again, she was facing like 10 years in prison! I think Charity always knew deep down that what she was doing was wrong. Look at how she tried to help Tash when she was kidnapped last time, and how she helped her bond with the baby. I think that stuff was genuine, but Mumma Rose still had a hold over her because she was like the mother she never had. I actually quite like Charity, it's a shame she won't be around anymore. Her acting in the scene with Irene was great. 'Broody' Brad does absolutely nothing for me. He needs to get over himself. But Rachel's comment was completely inappropriate. I think it would have been better if she'd said 'you and Sally seem to be getting on well' and then clarified it when he flew off the handle by saying something like 'it's nice that you've got such a good friend'. To even suggest anything romantic is just offensive so soon after Emily's death.
