PeterK2006 Posted October 17, 2006 Report Posted October 17, 2006 Really enjoyed today's eposide, probably the best in several months and Rachel was totally off the chart - someone hand her one of the awards! The time really passed us by - by the time it ended, I wanted more - that's how good the eposide was!

I don't like him at all, not even just because of what he did to Cassie, I never liked him before that. I just never warmed to him as a character and never thought he would be right for Cassie, even before he took drugs and started hitting her. I'm glad that Amanda has figured out the truth about Belle (with the help of Morag!), I can't wait to see the look on their faces when they realise that they are mother and daughter, Amanda and Belle hate eachother, it should be quite entertaining!

Tulip Posted October 18, 2006 Report Posted October 18, 2006 Loved today's episode. Tim Campbell was great - his silence said more than any dialogue could. Amanda was still her selfish self - I can see where Belle gets it from! The Cassie/Ric scene was great. Especially when he suddenly came out with "I'm still in love with you" and Cassie replied "what am I supposed to do with that right now?"

He was a complete b****rd, who didn't take her feelings into account at all, he was incredibly selfish. She should have the right to see Macca And she's not going back to him, she's just comforting him. I agree with that. I wouldn't go so far as to say he was a b*****d, or even incredibly selfish, but I don't think Cassie treated him badly whatsoever. Ric should have kept his feelings to himself until things had calmed down; it was unfair of him to put that on Cassie while she had so much other stuff to deal with. But I think he just cares so much about her that his feelings (and subsequently his mouth!) ran away with him. Still loving Cassie at the moment. It's really nice that they're doing something interesting with her again. Tim and Ada were once again fantastic, although it would have been nice to see something of the others (Rachel especially, but also Matilda, Tasha etc). It was also good that they balanced the emotional stuff out with the Amanda storyline, even though I'm not her biggest fan. Have to say though, for someone so manipulative how stupid is she?! Kitty is about as transparent as a window - God only knows how she made a living as an actress!

(Just to clarify - talking about the characters here, not the actresses) Looking back to the Ric/Cassie bit, i disagree with myself. I now don't think he's a b****** either, and i get your points. But i still think he was quite selfish. Favourite bit: When Dan got the anniversary card from Peter. Cried my eyes out. (Not literally ) xxx
katya Posted October 18, 2006 Report Posted October 18, 2006 I can't remember if it was yesterday or the day before, but I laughed out loud when Cassie said to Ric "Did you just apologise for being a jerk and then be a jerk in the same sentence?" Muchos funny.
