I hope in the next few months of home and away there will be little scenes that makes sally think of flynn and what she and pippa have lost.

Excellent point. I know there's some stuff happening in Oz right now concerning Sally and her grief, but I hope there's more to come in the meantime for us in the uk. It doesn't have to be OTT, just a mention now and again, or a scene with Sally in tears over something that's reminded her of Flynn.

I liked the Lucas and Matilda break-up because, although the way they behaved was annoying, it was very realistic of that kind of relationship. It was the typical schoolkid thing where they fancied each other, pussy-footed around for a bit and then announced they were 'boyfriend and girlfriend', which basically meant that they hung out a lot, held hands and kissed every now and again. But they never really got to know each other and obviously didn't know how to communicate properly. They fact that they broke up after their first proper argument only proves this. I liked it. :)

Am I the only one who doesn't really care about Cassie and Macca? They're another pair who don't really know each other, and yet all of a sudden they're madly in love. I also find it a bit far-fetched that she's fallen for someone else so quickly after Ric.

If the writers thought about it they dont actually have to do that much for sally..it wouldnt take up a whole lot of time for sally and pippa to be sitting in the diner or on the beach and then they hear some people talking and sally turns and see's a father holding his own baby girl..then sally looking sad..that would take a few seconds in the episode and would show the writers to care about the character and that they havent forgotten that flynn was a big part of sallys life..

I dont care about macca or cassie either..they knew each other 5mins before they started something and didnt cassie say yesterday that he loved her(wasnt really listening)..then macca said he loved her today..they dont know each other..he has been around a week and suddenly they are together and inlove and in todays episode they were making out that the love of cassie's life was leaving town and she then had to run and stop him..it was so rushed.

I'd like to see more of the way Sally has to adjust in terms of things that Flynn always did that she now has to do herself. Like, for example, they have a power cut and she doesn't know how to change a fuse. Just something simple like that.

Matilda and Lucas really got on my nerves. They were being so childish around one another. If Ric and Cassie, who went through so much more together, can get over breaking up and remain friends without acting childish, then why can't those two?!

Rant over.

I think Ric and Cassie were always more mature than Mattie, not sure about Luc because we really haven't seen him doing very much at all!

Cassie and Macca's relationship does seem too rushed, it's all very convenient, Cassie and Ric break up, Martha's brother comes to stay, Ric is with Belle, Cassie needs a new boyfriend because obviously it would kill her to be single for a month or two! It's just ridiculous, they declare their love for eachother when they've only known eachother for 2 weeks or something!

I missed tonight's ep though, so I'm still waiting to see that, hopefully I can get a copy before Monday :(

I don't think Cassie is really in love with him, I think she is just deluding herself because's she's seen Ric move on so fast and she doesn't want to make him think she's just sitting around pining for him so she moves on.

I think seeing Ric and Belle together so often has made Cassie a bit anxious to be on her own.

That seems like a very reasonable explanation. Maybe it was after she spent time with Ric having that chat she realised she didn't want to be alone.

On another note, How awful was the attack on Ric?! :o

The acid on rics legs was really bad..his acting was great during it aswell..and how can that even go through doms head to do something like that..

I read in a soap magazine with a interview from mark talking about the scene and he said 'The only thing that saves them from needing to be amputated is the fact that he was wearing overalls'

Thats one sick dom..

Lucas and Matilda's "break-up" was probably the first couple-y thing they have ever done together. Seriously, anyone who recently switched back onto the show could be easily forgiven for assuming Henry had been recast. They never did anything other than occasionally wander in and out of the diner with Ric and Cassie. They never held hands or touched. They barely ever even spoke to each other. I completely forgot that they were supposed to be a couple. If I hadn't seen the episode where they got together, yesterday's episode would have been extremely confusing.

Oh well, good riddance to one of the most chemistry-less "couples" the show has ever featured. Maybe now Lucas can get the beginnings of a personality. Or is that a bit too much to ask for?

lol

Its the same when ric and cassie were together..apart from right at the start when sally told them to clean the house and they had a water fight..then never did anything that would seem coupley..

Belle and Ric however are very coupley :P Cassie and macca just came out of no-where and makes no sense.

I hope to see more of lucas..we hardly saw him as his own character..he went straight into liking matilda and them trying to kiss before preforming the play..hopefully now we can see what he is like..
