Questions about Ric and co

OK so here in the UK Cassie and Ric have been back together for about 5 weeks after the abseiling thing. However I know they do split up eventually due to Cassie's jelousy of Ric and Belle's friendship. Anway, I was just wondering, are Ric and Belle good together, because from what I've read they sound as if they might be?

Also, I read on the channel 7 website that Matilda tells Lucas he shouldn't be friends with Ric, and has to stay loyal to Cassie, but has she forgotten that, whilst her and Cassie may be best friends, Ric has been her best friend longer and he's the one who was there for her when she needed him (With the Callan stuff and her dissappearing etc), she seems like she's been completely silly, I always thought her and Ric were great friends.

I thought that too when I read the extract about it !!!! I was thinking that apparently her and Ric are like soulmates but not in the kind of love way.. if you catch my drift !!! But when it said that i got very confused !

I think that although Cassie is Matilda's freind that she should stay partial in it all eventhough she has a kind of hate thing for belle I think that she should still try and be there for Ric !!!

I think Matilda feels loyal to Cassie as Ric was the one to blame for their break up? I'm not sure if he actually cheated on her, but it seems like he had feelings for Belle. If anyone from Oz wants to correct me on this feel free!

Cassie wasn't supportive of Ric when he got a job as the school cleaner, whereas Belle was there for him. Although Ric did hang around with Belle behind Cassie's back, I don't think anything romantic happened between them, although Belle wanted it to, Ric just didn't tell Cassie because he knew she'd be angry. From what I've seen and read so far, they were both to blame, there is no reason why their friends should take sides, but sometimes that's just what happens.

I also think it's weird as when Cassie didn't stick by Ric with the whole cleaner thing Matilda was the first one who told her that she was being a snob and now she has kind of ditched ric. Did anyone else find that weird?

I found that weird because they have been Best friends (even something more) longer. Maybe she is going back to the way she was the first time she was on HaA.

Yeah,when I was reading that on the official site i thought it was absolutely ridiculous. If maddie is telling luc not to hang out with ric because he's with belle and means its being unloyal to Cassie then Maddie shouldn't hang out with Cassie because she's with Macca and therefore thats being unloyal to ric!! Duh!!

I think maddie's being silly and inmature.

I think Maddie is being immature as well and she was the one who called Cassie a snob when she didn't like Ric being a cleaner. Now she is telling Luke not to be friends with Ric because he's with Belle.
