It's not really complete but those are the main ones - not including babies as they change all the time. I also have a list of actors who have played more than one role but I'll save that for when I eventually put it on the site. Pippa Fletcher/Ross Played by Vanessa Downing from the pilot episode, replaced by Debra Lawrance in 1990 Rebecca Fisher/Nash Played by 4 actresses, Jane Hall (1989), Danielle Carter (1994) and Belinda Emmett (1996 - 1999). During 1998 whilst Belinda Emmett was undergoing treatment for Breast Cancer, the late Megan Connolly took over the role for 8 weeks. Selina Cooke/Roberts Played by Tempany Deckert but was briefly replaced by Louise Crawford for 6 weeks in 1996 whilst Tempany was suffering from Glandular Fever Ailsa Stewart Played by Judy Nunn, briefly replaced by Nancye Hayes for 5 weeks in 2000 due to illness. Rachel McGregor Originally played by Kelly Glaister (sister of Corey Glaister who played Angel's son Dylan), replaced by Sarah Mumcu in 1998 (#2381) Irene Roberts Played by Jacqy Phillips in guest spots in 1991-1992, returned in 1993 played by Lynne McGranger. Natalie Nash Natalie arrived in the bay in 1998 played by Angelica La Bozzetta and was seen for the final time in the 1998 season finale. When the 1999 season came around the role of Natalie was taken over by Antoinette Byron. Hayley Smith/Lawson Played by Bec Cartwright from 1998 - 2005, replaced by Ella Scott Lynch for a few months to finish off Hayley's storylines after Bec fell pregnant. Flynn Saunders Arrived in the bay in 2001 played by Martin Dingle Wall, Flynn and Sally went to Perth for a few weeks at the end of 2002 and when they returned in the 2003 season Flynn was played by Joel McIlroy. Irene made a comment on how she 'liked the new haircut' Mitch McColl Played by Cameron Welsh from 1999-2001, temporarily replaced by Mitchell McMahon for 7 weeks in 2000 Stan/Les Smart Colleen's husband Stan Smart first appeared in 1988 played by Don Kimbu, when he conned son Lance into lending him some money and then left the bay with the local stripper. He returned as a homeless guy played by Rob Steele in 2000 who hassled Colleen before she realised his true identity. The writers made a continuity error by naming his Les Smart. He briefly rekindled his relationship with Colleen before running off with another 'floozy.' Scott Phillips When Scott, Kane's elder brother, arrived in 2001 he was played by Nathaniel Dean. When he returned to the bay in 2003 he had been replaced by Josh Rosenthal. Nathan Roberts Arrived in 1993 played by David Dixon after being released from prison, went back to prison in 1994. Released again in 2002 played by Craig Ball. Duncan Stewart In 1998 Duncan, played by Lewis Devaney, had an accident at the quarry and went to a hospital in the city for specialist treatment. 10 weeks later Duncan returned from the city with a new face and a new attitude, played by Brendan McKensy. Constable Terri Garner Summer Bay's local cop was first seen in 1996 played by Alyson Standen and was seen on and off for over 3 years. For her final year in 1999 the role was taken over by Amelia Longhurst. Nick Smith Most people remember Nick as played by Chris Egan from 2000-2003, however very few people remember that when Nick first appeared in 1999 (#2574), after getting in trouble with some drug dealers in the city, he was played by Matt Juarez.

I vaguely remember the first Natalie, but can't picture what she looked like. I don't recall Matt playing Nick at all though. Did a Google image search but didn't find anything :-(

I always thought when Paula Forrest first came in that she looked a lot like Angelica Yeah, I seem to remember Shelley looking more like the original Natalie, although I can't really picture the first Natalie. I do recall how she appeared one day looking totally different, Antoinette Byron looked a lot younger than Angelica if I remember correctly.

I'm looking forward to the thread appearing with actors who played more than one role! I know Shane did, but his first role was just a non-speaking one, when he was caught fighting with Blake and was in Fisher's office. :-) chandlersbing xx
