Home and Away or Neighbours?

Yes, but if you read the actual post I was asking why people in the UK prefer Neighbours to Home and Away.

I'm with you Katya, i watch Neighbours and Home and Away.

Neighbours would have been my top choice out of the two a few years ago, espcially with the likes of Madge, Joel and the rest of the Scullys there but there isnt anything in the storylines which are gripping me to Neighbours at the moment.

Home and Away is a completely different story. I watch every episode religiously (even the repeats) and have turned into a bit of a geek, but I cant help it. I love the storylines and all the characters are great, the only one who would put me off watching it is Amanda but even then, she is soooooo evil and vindictive she makes it must-watch-tv!

Home and Away is definately my fav out of the two. I cant understand people who dissagree

I think this is the problem with Neighbours, there aren't any strong storylines, in my opinion. But Home and Away really keeps you watching, and it grips you and you just have to find out what happens next. I think there's no comparison between the stalker storyline in HAA and the who-planted-the-bomb story in Neighbours. I just don't care enough to keep watching and find out. Although if it turns out to be a regular character like Harold or Karl I will eat my words!

I stopped watching neighbours years and years ago but I couldn't imagine stopping watching Home and Away. Even when it moved to channel 5, which I wouln't watch at all if it wasn't for HAA and I'd forgottten the storylines because it had been off our screens for about a year, I still kept with it because I knew I'd soon be hooked again.

I much much much prefer Home And Away. I used to watch Neighbours everyday but I really don't like it anymore. Sorry to any Neighbours fans!!!

Home and Away alllllll the way!! It's so much better than neighbours.Neighbours is so incredibly boring in my opinion,the only time I was watching neighbours I got bored to death in like 2minutes. Plus home and away has heaps better and better looking actors.

I want to point out that I really really LOVE H & A, but to be honest if It really came down to having to make a decision I'd choose Neighbours as my fave. It's only very marginal and I wouldn't want to miss either.

I think it's because watching a soap 5 times a week you get to really know the characters, in Neighbours there are quite a few that have been around 5+ years and to be honest none really get on my nerves. Whilst in H & A there has been quite a few changes and I suppose it's getting used to new people, plus Leah reeeaallly get's on my nerves, there is more to life than ruddy IVF woman! ( Don't get me started on Amanda )

I admit H & A has had the better storylines, but I'm just a little fonder of Neighbours. I only watch those two soaps. I really can't bear to subject myself to EE, Corrie or Emmerdale......miserable, pants, rubbish that they are.

I found todays neighbours more intresting then Home and away really. And Tomorrow episode looks even better with the whole bree thing.
