How do you contact the Actors Agents &/or Publicists?

I know some people have to be in touch with them in order to do interviews, etc., but where do you get the contact information from? I'm baffled. I'd love to do an interview with some cast members.

Some agents can be very helpful and friendly.. and others can be downright rude bitches ;)
