I dont have much time right now so Ill just add a short one for

BAD BOYS

Nathan Roberts immediately sprang to mind, his second incarnation at least (hey, theres another one for your body swaps section too!) First time round he was a real lout, sneaky and manipulative but never to the extent that he could have been classed a 'villain'. The worst he did was steal some money from a school fundraiser, and try to con Sarah into sleeping with him - very bad boy-ish antics! The second actor who played the character had an even better BAD BOY look about him. In this stint Nathan had just been released from jail and was struggling to go straight and battle the alcohol. He was a great addition to the show for the three months or so he appeared that time. It took him a while to redeem himself in peoples eyes and he faltered a few times as a result of not being give a chance. It was only when he saved Nick from the buscrash that people began to give him a real go and he managed to turn himself around.

Nathan was great and though a short-lived character, definately one for this category.

2. Ultimate Villains

Sarah- who would ever shoot a sweet guy like Noah :( ?? I wouldn't exactly say Amanda is a villiain...she's bad, but not that much of a villian. Angie was more of a villian! Amanda is a watered-down version of her. Zoe, was also a major villian (aswell Corey)

3. Fight Scenes

Irene punching Diana at the funeral and Alf punching Josh. Only one's I can think of

4. Body Swaps

I liked the new Hayley, she wasnt as "bubbly" as the old one, but I did like her. I wasnt watching the show around Flynn's "body swap" so I have no comment towards that

5. Tear Jerking Moments

Hayley's goodbye to Noah on the beach (at his funeral) was tear-jerky. And Flynn telling Sally about his cancer. I only saw the end bit of that ep, but it was still enough to make me cry.

6. Dark Secrets

Stuff like Amanda faking her pregnancy, I wouldnt say was a secret as we already knew [she was lying]. Of course, it was dark secret towards the characters (obviously). Angie being Tasha's mum was a secret- stuff like that.

7. Favourite Couples

Martha and Jack, but out of the oldies? Shane and Angel, Hayley and Noah (not so much 'old'), Gypsy and Will, Sophie and Blake, Sally and Flynn, Alf and Ailsa.

8. Dramatic Departures

Noah :(

9. Bad Girls

Amanda and Josie

10. Bad Boys

Jesse, Vinnie, Callan (Ric's ex-friend from the city), Ric (not so much anymore), Diesel.

1. Disasters: In recent years the Mirigani sinking was the only one that really got me interested. In the past it'd have to be the earthquake.

2. Ultimate Villains (Evil People/Murders/Criminals): Obviously Sarah Lewis would be in here but for me it was Brad, Chloe's rapist and Robert Perez who kidnapped Gypsy and terrorised the Nash's who stand out as the most memorable villains.

3. Fight Scenes (Brawls, Scraps, Fisticuffs): Stephen and Dodge on the cliff, when Irene hit Diana.

4. Body Swaps (Same Actor, Different Character / Same Character, Different Actor): The Pippa and Flynn swaps I found strange at the time but I came to like them eventually. As mentioned earlier when Colleen commented on Flynn's haircut- I loved that! Nancy Haynes (I think that's right) as Ailsa was the worst ever body swap for me.

5. Tear Jerking Moments (Funerals, Death, Accidents, Touching Moments): I have so many tear jerking moments in home and away...Meg dying in Blake's arms, Flynns recent death particulary the actual episode where he died, When Greg and Fisher consented for Bobby's life support machine to be switched off, when Shane died in Angel's arms on their anniversary- it was Dylan's face that really made me cry and one that made me cry because I was happy was when Angel walked down the aisle on Don's arm to marry Shane. When Pippa received her medal on behalf of her and Michael.

6. Dark Secrets: that Brad was Chloe's rapist - didn't see that coming! the truth about Bobby's parentage. Corey poisoning Irene. That Shannon and Curtis were a couple, I remember thinking what the hell when Alf caught them.

7. Favourite Couples: Shane and Angel, Sally and Flynn, Kirsty and Kane.

8. Dramatic Departures (the best deaths/disasters/goodbyes etc.): Ailsa's sudden death because I really didn't see it coming. When Don left and any of the tear jerker deaths mentioned earlier. When Pippa left.

9. Bad Girls (Bitches, Battle Axes, Harlots - not heavy duty villains): Gypsy Nash - I loved her fights with Peta and Hayley. Angie Russell - would wipe the floor with Amanda in a battle of the bitches. Shannon trying to split up Shane and Angel although I did feel sorry for her during her eating disorder.

10. Bad Boys (Hell-raisers, Jack the Lads, Drugs, Alcohol, School Bullies - not heavy duty villains): Shane and Tug, their early rivalry, setting each other up to go to prison, the school play incident. More recently I'd have to say Jesse and Kane although I was very disappointed with Jesse's exit story last year.

1. Disasters:

The Mirigini sinking was a fantastic storyline, especially the scenes in the surf club as the Bay waited for news. None of the disasters since then have been as good. The mudslide was also excellent, though, probably because Ailsa and Shauna were so popular and the Kirtsy/Jade parts were heart-wrenching.

2. Ultimate Villains:

Although Zoe was obviously evil, I think Angie was a much more effective villain. They way she played with peoples' minds, especially the scenes with Nick, was very creepy and disturbing to watch. I prefer this character-based approach to straight up violence. I also liked the stuff with Sarah, before and during the seige. The build-up of stalking, like when she told Dani that Scott had died, coupled with the fact that the reasons behind her madness were much more tangible and convincing, meant she was much scarier than Zoe.

3. Fight Scenes:

Irene and Diana. I can't remember many more - there should be more!

4. Body Swaps:

I liked the second Flynn, I thought he was a much better actor. The only thing that made me laugh, right up until the end, was the running. It had been such a big part of the first actor's portrayal of the character, and he was so buff, but the second was, in the nicest possible way, a bit chubbier. Didn't really work - all that exercise, very little result. I don't remember the Pippa or Ailsa swaps. I wish I did.

5. Tear-jerking moments:

I cry all the time, I am a wuss. The first one I can remeber is when Stephanie fell off the cliff and dies in her boyfriend's arms. The moments that I remember from recent years are Irene after Ken's death, KK's first break-up, Noah's funeral, Noah and Hayley's final goodbye (when the ghost left her), KK leaving the Bay, Flynn dying obviously, when Charlotte lost the babies and the ceremony they had with the balloons, Don leaving, Seb's accident and him breaking up with Jade. I don't think I have ever been so angry at a TV character as I was at Duncan. Happy ones include KK leaving together, Noah and Hayley's wedding, Vinnie being alive and leaving Leah the letter, having gotten to kiss VJ goodbye.

6. Dark secrets:

Brad being the rapist.

7. Favourite couples:

Sally and Flynn, KK, Noah and Kit, Leah and Vinnie, Gypsy and Will.

8. Dramatic Departures:

Angie's walk of shame and her death, Ailsa, Noah, Stephanie.

9. Bad Girls:

Gypsy Nash was the best. Josie.

10. Bad Boys:

Very early Nick, early Ric. Shane, Tug and Jesse. Not Kane, so much, as I think his acts were worse than any of these guys'.

1. Disasters

Mud slide - so good with the Kirsty/Jade stuff and just brilliant on the whole (for a change, diasters are usually a let down)

2. Ultimate Villains (Evil People/Murders/Criminals)

Brad - Chloe's rapist

4. Body Swaps (Same Actor, Different Character / Same Character, Different Actor)

I didn't mind Flynn as I thought the second one suited Sally much better, before the other one had no chemistry with Sally. The replacement Ailsa for a little while was absolutely awful.

5. Tear Jerking Moments (Funerals, Death, Accidents, Touching Moments)

- Hayley saying good bye to Noah's ghost on the cliff top

- Pippa getting her Order of Australia (if that's what it was)

- Shannon telling Pippa she needed help for her eating disorder

- Shane dying

- flash back scene during Alf's 60th and him thanking everyone

- Ken's death with him in Wil's arms

- When Irene threw her ring (from Ken) in the sea and Hayley found it or something like that (can't remember the details but I remember it being really touching)

6. Dark Secrets

Definitely that Brad was Chloe's rapist. That was brilliant

7. Favourite Couples

Hayley and Noah, Jack and Martha, Gypsy and Will, Shannon and Alex, Vinnie and Leah

8. Dramatic Departures (the best deaths/disasters/goodbyes etc.)

Noah (dramatic although I didn't like it), Michael

9. Bad Girls (Bitches, Battle Axes, Harlots - not heavy duty villains)

Definitely early (school-age) Gypsy, she was fantastic and sorely missed. I also thought Shannon had a bit of bad girl to her that was great. Also Josie.

10. Bad Boys (Hell-raisers, Jack the Lads, Drugs, Alcohol, School Bullies - not heavy duty villains)

Tug, Vinnie (although not so much a bad boy)

2. Ultimate Villains (Evil People/Murders/Criminals) – Sarah Lewis (how could she kill Noah…?)

3. Fight Scenes (Brawls, Scraps, Fisticuffs) – best catfight was Carlie and Bobby in the pilot episode. Also liked when little Seb was going to fight Kane!

4. Body Swaps (Same Actor, Different Character / Same Character, Different Actor) – Vanessa Downing / Debra Lawrence as Pippa, I didn’t think I would ever get used to it, but after a few months I couldn’t remember the old Pippa!

5. Tear Jerking Moments (Funerals, Death, Accidents, Touching Moments) – Shane Parrish’s death scene, Flynn telling Sally he had cancer.

6. Dark Secrets – I loved the fact that no-one knew that Bobby was Fisher & Morag’s kid, it took them years to work out.

7. Favourite Couples – Shane & Angel, Gypsie & Will, Hayley & Noah

8. Dramatic Departures (the best deaths/disasters/goodbyes etc.)Noah’s death, Bobby’s death.

1. Disasters: The Mudslide. Way better than the cyclone, much better acting by everyone. And Gavin dying, that was sad even if he was a guestie.

2. Ultimate Villains (Evil People/Murders/Criminals)

3. Fight Scenes (Brawls, Scraps, Fisticuffs) The Sarah vs. Everyone in the Olympic Return. it was all so desperate but it made great TV.

4. Body Swaps (Same Actor, Different Character / Same Character, Different Actor)

5. Tear Jerking Moments (Funerals, Death, Accidents, Touching Moments)

Flynn telling Sal he had cancer. It didn't even need words it was so touching. And the entire episode of his death. Absoulutely fantastic acting by all. Especially the part where Sal and Flynn are dancing to their wedding song.

6. Dark Secrets

7. Favourite Couples

8. Dramatic Departures (the best deaths/disasters/goodbyes etc.)

I wouldn't say it was dramatic, but the best departure woud be Chloe, and following from that Jesse. it was the first time in a while that someone we know properly died a main character has left in a very bad situation and it was a great arc.

9. Bad Girls (Bitches, Battle Axes, Harlots - not heavy duty villains)

10. Bad Boys (Hell-raisers, Jack the Lads, Drugs, Alcohol, School Bullies - not heavy duty villains)
