I know! You never see him down the pub, or visiting his brother (although that is understandable of late, with all that stuff with Leah). Does he even live in Summer Bay? He's only ever around when there's a crime to solve (I realise this is what detectives do but what I'm trying to say is that we never see any other aspect of his life!)

I cant believe Leah and Dan are getting back together again. Ive never had any interest in them as a couple and in fairness how many times can a couple break up and then get back together?

Looking at that list remindes me just how bad most of the programmes are on RTE especially RTE ONE.

Maybe the reason Home and Away slipped out of the top five was because of the time changes? Was that the week it was on at 8 o clock for the European Athletics?

Also I think the ratings will probably pick up as people go back to school and college. For most college students Home and Away is must see TV.

I agree, those ratings don't reflect reality. Once schools are back it should all return to normal. Charity You're A Star seemed to rake in a hell of a lot of viewers that week.

No more than all the other couples that constantly break & make up! Anyway they were always going to get back together eventually.

I'm glad they did, they are really sweet together (when thay are happy anyway)

I rememeber seeing the ratings on teletext a while back, and H&A featured in the top 10 about 3 times!! I think a small contribution could be the fact that Ch5 are now ahead of RTE so some viewers watch it on Ch5 now - I for one do...
