The 5.30 repeat on RTE Two would have to be simulcast if they took the same episode!

Why would they have had to have done that?

Because Five has the European premiere of both Neighbours and Home and Away....so if RTE wanted to show the same episode as Five they would have to screen them at exactly the same time....not a minute off, otherwise it would be a breach of contract and I am sure Five would complain!!

As I have said before, I think RTE are doing the right thing by not changing their schedule just to suit Five. We only have to look at TV3 to see the mess in their schedule...with all the ITV simulcasts, absolute joke!!! But I am glad to see they are bringing back All Saints on a new night (mid-week), they want less interruption to the show! Woo Hoo!

Kate Ritchie will be on 2FM in a few minutes time. She linking her radio show in Oz up with Will Leahy's show.

Also Holly Brisley will on The Cafe on RTE 2 tonight at 7pm.

RTE are spoiling us today! I missed the interview with Kate as I was on the bus home from work but I'm hoping they'll put it on their site.

I was just looking on Nova's website there. Kate interviews Isla Fisher, Melissa George, Mark Furze and Callan Mulvey amongnst others. Melissa appears to be speaking with a British accent. Then she asks Kate what she is upto now. She is interviewing you for her new show. What does it look like she is doing!! Kate is actually really good. The link is;

Wow, the last 2 episodes have been fantastic! The closing moments of the Season finale was really really well done and the opening of tonights episode - a flashback to 1988! Correct me if Im wrong but it seems that they even went back to the same house that was used for the Fletchers home in the pilot episode!

Its going to be a wonderful week, cannot wait for tomorrows episode! Kate Ritchie rocks!

Just wish Ric with his ever increasing size head would shut up about Viv!

So, we don't have hissy fits like the last time we put up a feature, are Ireland still a day behind the UK?

I think you are referring to a point I made when the Brad and Sally's non-wedding feature was put on the site, and I am very offended by your remark. I made a reasonable point and made it politely. It was not a hissy-fit and I would like you to withdraw that please. It is also insulting to Irish followers of the show who are forum members, and for whom I was making the point.

As an Irish forum member, I completely agree. On certain threads in this forum, there are many -what I see as- offensive and hurtful comments aimed at Irish members, which I too get offended by. We're only expressing an opinion
