Tamxxx Posted March 28, 2006 Report Posted March 28, 2006 Does anyone think that Isabel playing the part of Tasha was just so suited, I think Isablel looks like a mermaid, because, shes like, got blond curly, hair, the face, the body, I even read that Isabel is a nature girl because she loves animals and she likes collecting pearls.

They may have referred to her as a mermaid as a comment on the way she was found lying on the beach, then disappeared, then reappeared again the next day. I think it was always pretty clear she was human. It's HAA, not Hans Andersen's Fairytales.
Frankie Posted March 28, 2006 Report Posted March 28, 2006 Well I don't know about her looking like a mermaid...there are theories that originally stories about mermaids arose from sailors being at sea for far too long and becoming delusional...and that the "mermaids" were in fact sea cows or other sea creatures..all of which are rather unattractive...in which case I would say No, Isabel does not look like a mermaid....she does however, look like the cartoon disney'ised fairytale mermaids that is...not real!...the clincher tho..is she does not have a fish tail...
