If you're in the UK, Norway are an hour ahead. If you're in Australia, you are 8 hours ahead, I think.

Australia is 8 hours ahead of Norway, making them 9 hours ahead of the UK - meaning, Australia has H&A on at 7pm - 11am in Norway.

I have the same time as Perth is Australia...cause in Aus there is a time difference of 3 hours between some places. I'm 7 hours ahead of the UK and 8 for Norway then.
