The summary is great. The lack of pictures doesn't bother me... I can picture it as I read. I especially love this line "He did something else, but I can't remember what it was." And the closing line: "For goodness sake, what sort of question's that?" Nice touch.

I just read the 1988 summary as I need to do some research for a new fic. And OMG I was crying with laughter at the idea of the "Summer Bay Nutter" (causing trouble, committing arson etc etc) turning out to be an ex-headmaster of SBH who'd since lost his mind!!! I thought I was stretching things in a fic once, having an ex-principal turn out to be the baddie...just didn't realise H&A had done it before me!
