I have seen the episodes from this site, and there is going to be a lot of tears. But i am a little disoppointed that there has not been a build up to the illness with Flyn. But having said that, i cant wait to see them again.

To quote myself, I've never had terminal cancer before, but isn't that sort of how it happens.

You find a lump/mole, you have it checked out , they tell you what the situation is.

If it's curable they nuke you, if it's not you get worse, before deterioating rapidly in the last month and then you die.

A very blunt way of explaining things, but when it comes down to it, what you said is true to life.

I thought this wasn't for another fortnight, so it was kinda like "bugger me"!

I like how there's been no build up, Daniel Bennett is the master at the element of surprise when it comes to things like this,

I agree, no build up is good for the element of surprise, and probably very realistic-although im luck enough not to have known anyone with terminal cancer so i wouldnt know.

Ive also seen these episodes so knew what was coming and when they had the flynn.shaun (aidens brother) storyline,i thought it was good to show us what kind of a person flynn is before his life completely changes fprever (if that makes any sense).

i am going throught the experiance Sally is going to go through with Flynn .To be honest with you all it's not very nice . My friend's farther has skin cancer and has about one month left. He looks very weak and poorley and we feel helpless towards him as we cant do nothing to make him feel better

I think i have to agree that i like the way this storyline has started! The fact that it is true to life, and it comes as a shock makes the show have much more depth and realism in my opinion.

Carrie-Ann -There is nothing I can say to help ease what you must be feeling and going through. I too have seen relatives and friends fight cancer, not necessarily skin cancer but cancer none the less. I'm not going to say i know how you are feeling because i don't have a clue, and i know how irritating it can be when people make out they no exactly what you are going through. My thoughts are with you through this difficult time!
