Which Hayley do you like more?

BEC 100% I can usually get used to change of actor/actress but this one is very hard to get used too! The new Hayley isn't even Blonde lol I miss Bec as Hayley!

Bec was my favorite and one thing i found really strange was ella talking about missing Noah and how she thinks about him everyday! It didnt seem right, Its like a whole new character, especailly when she is sitting talking with kit!

I for one was very glad that they did not cast a Bec clone when Bec left. Ella is an excellent actress. Bec is no doubt a lovely girl, but she is not a great actress. Ella on the other hand is much more accomplished. For the first time in a long time I actually liked Hayley the character when Ella came along. Hayley had become very samey and did not seem to grow as a character. Ella gave her much more depth and was therefore more interesting to watch.

As far as I'm concerned there's only been the one Hayley on H&A. Hayley Smith/Lawson. And I didn't like her much.

I can't stress how much I couldn't care less who plays her, it's what happens to the character that I watch the show for.

(Though if I must choose, Ella makes the role slightly more bearable than Bec ever did).

Old Hayley definately. She is one of a kind and no-one can ever replace that. If Hayley ever returned to HAA make sure it is Bec and not the new one.

At the moment id say i prefer Bec but Ella will probably grow on me after a while.

When the new flynn first came i tought id never get used to him but now i find it hard too imagine anyone else playing him even though i was a big fan of the first Flynn aswell.

I actually like them both. I'm quite impressed with Ella, I think she's a very good actress and is playing Hayley very well. I think I might like Ella more, i'm not sure.

I used to really like the character of Hayley, but after Noah died (and possibly for some time before that) she became incredibly irritating. I think the character had long run her course, so if she had to stay then recasting her was probably a blessing in disguise. By bringing Ella in they managed to breath a bit of life into her. Ella is a better actress than Bec and makes a less annoying Hayley, and considering that by the time she arrived they'd already managed to completely assassinate Hayley's character I think she's doing a good job.

So I can't really say who I prefer, as in a perfect world Bec would have left years ago, leaving us with a nice memory of a likeable character, and there would have been no need for this discussion at all!
