They have a website so it looks like it's certain to go ahead. http://www.downunder.tv/ I'd prefer them to start in the mid-nineties as i can remember those but starting from the beginning is much better than nothing at all. Think i need to stock up on blank dvd's.

Especially when they get to the episodes with Shane and Angel.. About 5 years ago in Hobart.. dont know about the rest of australia.. they re-ran old home and away eps from the start again but only showed about half of the first year. I think they should start airing some of them again... the old home and away is different but its still our show. Its so good to relive it all again

It isn't on sky tv guide yet but I will be checking every day just incase I miss it. Thanks for replying H.

I don't know if that's true or not but i think if you just check the website weekly the date will be posted on there. I don't think it'll be really soon.

Cant wait to see old eps even though im too young to remember the very beginning i can remember back to the Tug era. Anyone else agree that it ed be kinda weird watching those eps again but in a good way. God thers so many classic storylines i cant even remember half of them though some highligths would include Dodge v Stevo and Saul kidnapping Selina although it would take a fair while to get up to that point. Id really like to see the eps with Dodges first stint in the bay as im too young to remmeber that far back. Fingers crossed the station goes ahead.
