Skykat Posted February 12, 2006 Report Posted February 12, 2006 I liked Steven and Selina, I thought they made a good couple. And the whole forbidden teacher/pupil thing was exciting. Shame H&A had to split them up in the end. Didn't they get back together again? I'm probably wrong but wasn't there a passing comment made about them reuniting? That might just be a complete figment of my imagination though or wishful thinking; I loved Selina and I liked her with Stephen. Thanks for posting the letter, as Ste said it brings back memories and I really hope the roumer about Selina coming back was true although I doubt it. I think that's probably just a suggestion somebody made when the believers storyline was introduced because it reminds people of the storyline of Selina and the cult.

Who remembers when Irene sent her to deportment classes to become more ladylike. That was so funny. I remember Irene buying Selina a pair of jeans and Sel ripping them to make them more trendy and when Irene saw her wearing them at the Surf Club she was ballistic because she'd got a rip right over the bum area. I remember Irene clamping her handbag over Selina's bum to preserve her modesty and ordering her off home.

ste Posted February 15, 2006 Report Posted February 15, 2006 I think he said he was engaged to someone else. Actually, now that I think about it, you could be right. It was too years ago, in H&A terms that's not unrealistic to get married, then get divorced and get back together with your ex. It doesn't really matter to me how unrealistic it is, what's important is getting Steven and Selina back together even if it is just off screen. It was very stupid of Coral to split them up in the first place just for the sake of a few lines of dialogue before Sally's wedding. I'm glad DB fixed it.
