If it doesn't work it's because you need to adjust a setting. I don't remember what setting it is, but it's pretty easy and once you've done it you will be able to screencap.

Using VLC or WinDVD is easier though ;)

Well a lot of you speak highly of WinDVD so I downloaded the 14 day trial version of it and I don't know how to screencap. When I have something playing, and I pause it, how do I screencap?

So long as it's the full trial not the cut-down trial all you have to do is press P I believe and it will save the image to a windvd sub folder.

Personally I'd reccomend PowerDVD instead though as it works better and you have more control over the images created.

How do you make screencaps with Power Dvd? I heard there was a button you can click to make them but i've opened it and can't find it. :(

I didn't download it though it was already on the computer so maybe it's an old version or something. :unsure:
