Peta and the apples was plain weird.

Not to mention Joel and his black car. Oh, and Justine with her art gallery!

And Mitch appearing from his own shadow!!

They were right weird they were!

Thanks for them Ste...I love watching the Opening Credits. Those ones were a little surreal too. Do you mind if I tried creating something with them??

Thanks. :)

Here's an earlier version, still very weird but not so dark and mysterious

http://sendmefile.com/00208525 Late 96 I think this was, the first set to accompany the shortened theme song.

The shortened theme = when one Williams took over from the other??

ETA: The Joey/Sam shot is just plain weird...

The Williams/Williams takeover was 1995 - I think what the shortened theme song means was when they scrapped the musical intro and just went straight into the 'You know we belong together....'

Here's a video of the opening credits from 1998 I think. It sounds a bit slow for some reason but anyway.

Actually I think that change of key is quite nice! :P

Ah... I didn't know if the original theme was made shorter before the vocalists switched or not.

Over all, the version played in those credits is my favourite.

What annoys me about the current theme tune arrangment is that because they dropped "and from the very saw you, I've never felt such emotion, I'm walking on air, just to know (just to know) you are there" the key change doesn't happen right, before it changed at "walking on air" (I think) and now we get "you're my guiding star-arrr=aaaaarrrrrr" overlapping with "Hold me in your arms..." it sounds wrong.
